Dell Inspiron 1464 1564 1764 no power problem solution .we absorbed the the problems of laptop
motherboard tps51427 does not generate  3.3valw.pin no 27 doesnot receive 5v.thats why,just passing
5v with 0 ohm resistance.now generate 3.3valw and laptop turn on.
